The comprehensive care of our patients, through continuously professionally trained ocularists and our high standards of work quality, ensures optimal provision of an artificial eye. In individual custom manufacturing, we place great emphasis on replicating your artificial eye as accurately as possible to the natural counterpart. Arnold Greiner

Arnold Greiner, the company founder, was born in 1883 in Lauscha, Thuringia, and laid the foundation for the family business in artificial eye manufacturing. In 1928, he settled in Munich with his family. After his death in 1942, his son Alfred Greiner, who had been trained as an ocularist since 1938, continued to care for patients and gained great recognition over the following 60 years in the production of artificial and glass eyes. In the third generation, Gerhard Greiner took over the practice in 2003. In the same year, his niece Barbara Zimmermann began her training. Since 2016, she, together with her husband Christian Zimmermann, has continued the family business into the fourth generation. With dedication and passion, they preserve the family tradition of the precise fitting of artificial eyes made from glass and plastic.
